Terms and Conditions:
1. Return policy – FINDY offers a return policy program where our valued customers can assure security of what they are buying. We give 48 hours or two days for those defected items and wrong items delivered or the item is not new or it is used after received by the customer.
Note: RETURN POLICY – we don’t have refund however you can change and replace another items with the same price. But please keep the official receipt and the voucher attached with it.
Note: we have only COD or cash on delivery with in Surigao City area city proper. If your residency is outside the city, you can pick up the items in our business office located at purok 1-B Brgy. San Juan, Surigao City. Above 5,000 pesos,we offer PRE ORDER basis, means that the customer is oblige to down half of the price of the items. However, when the items arrive he/she can fully paid and take the items he/she pre ordered.

Warranty- FINDY is an e commerce business importing products and goods outside the country so expect all of our products are imported but it doesn’t mean that you cannot avail warranty like dealers are offering. For TV and home theatres like SAMSUNG, LG, SONY we are giving 1 year international warranty the same thing with DSLR and any prestige products.
3. Shipment - we give free delivery inside city of Surigao and free domestic shipment for small items with the price bracket of 5,000 pesos below and above the said price shipment charge is applied
